That quiet inner knowing that you trust yourself, you understand yourself, and you feel so deeply committed to nourishing your nervous system that anyone who steps in the path of dysregulating this new found inner peace no longer gets an invite to your energy. Growth. Pure beautiful growth that ripples out into your world kind of growth.

I wrote a book to help you with this - ‘CHOOSE YOU.’
I’ve poured my heart and soul into creating a guide that teaches you to understand yourself, to love yourself, to provide you with the psychological tools to heal, to grow, and to feel more empowered in why you are the way you are. Throughout the book I’ve included therapy-based theory, journal prompts to help you dive a little deeper, exercises for you to try, meditations, and heaps of resources for you to explore further.
I teach you about emotions. I encourage you to see them as messengers. There’s so much information in our emotions if we just take the time to listen. Let me show you how to process them over suppress them.
I guide you through attachment styles. I’ve even written a quiz for you to see which one you may have. Fed-up with repeating the same relationship patterns? I provide therapy tools and guidance on how to help you become more securely attached to yourself and in your relationships.
I also help you develop a deeper relationship with yourself. One that thrives on compassion. Did you know your body hears the words your mind speaks? Let me show you the power of positive self-talk and how to make it a daily practice.
I help you understand your nervous system. Ever wondered why your body reacts the way it does? I show you how to feel more in control of those unconscious stress responses that appear uninvited. I teach you how to befriend your nervous system.
I also help you connect with your authentic self. Tired of mask wearing? Exhausted by inauthentic connections? In ‘Choose You’ I help you develop a deeper relationship with your authentic self so that you show up from here and not from a version of you who you think you should be or who others think you should be. Your mental health is hugely affected by inauthentic connections. I also teach you how to listen to your intuition and how to give those ‘gut feelings’ meaning.
And there’s chapter on healing. This chapter is one of my favourites. We all deserve the gift of healing. Ever wondered why you repeat the same unhealthy cycles of behaviour? I delve into the complexities of being human and help shed some light on the ‘why’ behind our cycles but also offer you some tools to break free.
There’s also a chapter on letting go. The only person we hurt in not letting go is ourselves. Why do we give that power to someone else who is no longer concerning themselves with us? This links closely to our attachment style. I think you’ll love this chapter, too. I’ve even written a meditation for you. Something I found out that I really enjoy writing and I can’t wait to share with you.
And I’ve written about comparison. On why we do it. On why it’s so detrimental to us living our own life and why it takes us away from choosing ourselves and living our own beautiful life. This chapter aims to release you from the tight grip of comparison.
I also share some guidance on boundaries, and I’ve included a step-by-step guide on how to set them with kindness to help you feel more confident to try (even for those who have always struggled - I help you find a way).
And then of course there’s a chapter on what it means to choose you, too. On why to thrive you need to choose you. On why to heal you need to choose you. On why to live a life that feels easier, more aligned and ultimately safer, you need to choose you. This chapter pulls together all the elements throughout all the other chapters into one where I hope you feel embraced by the words that I have written to help you find a way to feel that you matter, too. You do. And my hope is that you learn to feel this deeply.
I firmly believe that it’s by choosing ourselves that wider healing stands a chance. The ripple effects of finally choosing ourselves can be beautiful to witness.
